Surveying Your Team's Health

If you’re like me, you’ve felt the ups and downs of the pandemic even more intensely over the past few weeks. It’s no secret that many (if not all) of us are managing some level of burnout, regardless of our situation at home, or our position within an organization.

In the last two posts, we demonstrated different behavior styles among your team using the DiSC assessment tool, and how important it is to be able to identify them.

This is especially true when it comes to burnout or challenges in performance. The signs of burnout often vary from one individual to the next, and there is no simple fix that fits all.

  2. Ask hard questions.

  3. Take action with the results.

What you do with what you know makes the difference.

Today, I am sharing 5 pointed questions to help you survey your team’s health. Regardless of their behavior style, the answers to these questions will tell a lot about their current state.
